2. Description of Service

Kinvanta provides a digital platform designed to help individuals and families coordinate non-clinical aspects of caregiving, including task organization, communication, and general support.

Kinvanta does not provide medical, clinical, or healthcare services.

3. No Medical or Professional Advice

Kinvanta is not a licensed medical provider. Any information, reminders, or AI-generated content provided through the platform is for informational and organizational purposes only and should not be relied upon as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You agree to consult qualified healthcare professionals for any medical decisions.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information

• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials

• Use the platform only for its intended purposes

5. Sensitive Information & HIPAA Positioning

Kinvanta is designed to support care coordination but is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not guarantee compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”).

Users should avoid uploading or sharing highly sensitive medical records or protected health information unless they understand and accept the associated risks.

6. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

7. Subscriptions & Billing

Kinvanta may offer paid subscription services. Payments are processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges in accordance with your selected plan. Subscription management and cancellations are handled through your account or app store provider.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable access to Kinvanta but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kinvanta shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.

This includes, but is not limited to, decisions made based on information provided through the platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kinvanta from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
